Welp.. pulled the driver side window out yesterday to "re-glue" the keeper clips..I'm trying to put it back in and can't seem to get it lined up in the track.. I can get the back in track ok.. but I can't get the front in.. is there a trick to getting this thing in? I've mainly tried to work with the window all the down inside.. any help is greatly appreciated..

NM.. I found the trick.. when you get the window back in.. raise it almost all the way up to the same position you used to unbolt the right hand bolt on the keeper (if it was still connected) and it goes back in track alot easier with no flexing..

I am going to have to do the same thing. I think you are going to have to take the clips off of the regulator, and glue them on first, then reinstall the window.

yah.. my clips seperated from the window.. so I was able to just yank the glass out first.. then unbolt the keepers from the glide bar.. Cleaned the glass and "razored" the old silicon off the glass.. and marked the location with masking tape.. used lighter fluid to soften up the residue silicon that was left after razoring then used 220 grit sand paper to remove it and scuff the surface.. Then used 3m Window Weld Super Fast Urathane adhesive to reapply the clips to the window.. be warned.. this stuff is black and extremely nasty.. the use of rubber gloves is advised.. (I'm still trying to scrub this crap off my fingers) It bonds fast.. in about 3-4 hours.. I'd give it a solid day or 2 to fully cure tho..

Just a note.. I re-attached the clips with the window out of the door. I found it easier to work with and clean that way.. Putting the window back in was not a problem. (clip clearance wise) The only problem I had was re-alligning the window in the track. See above posts.
