I have done all the body work, repaired the torn plastic bumpers and reshaped them, Epoxy primer and high build primer sprayed and sanded, Bumpers, grill and scoops base and clear coated today (some flaws but may sand out nice). Wet sanded and polished the beak and rear bumper, I am very satisfied with the results. Whole car next! Wish me luck as I am disabled and in mobility scooter doing the best I can with what I have. 7/17/2020 Car painted and cleared ready for re-installation of everything.

Damn, ambitious project.  Looks great!  Gives me hope for some in house painting myself.  Can't wait to see it finished.

Broken, that blue is going to look awesome when your finished. I have always hated doing body work, but when it's done, it looks so nice. Keep it up.

Looks awesome! I'm getting ready to redo my bumpers as well. What paint did you use to match the trim on the bumpers?

I used Dupli-color perfect match bright red for the insert and Dupli-color black trim paint for the trim. Then after putting the base coat "Midnight blue pear" I glamour clear coated the whole thing.

I am VERY impressed! I just did much of the same thing last fall (Bumper outer cover) after an idiot ran a stop sign.

I can speak for how difficult this job can be. Your results appear to be really first-rate. Thanks for sharing your photos. Looking forward to see how it all comes out.
