As Pete said, not ex man to head gasket. I use a THIN layer high temp RTV (the orange stuff) there, no leaks.
Turbo to ex man gasket should be available at most parts stores. Personally, I find it easier to remove the turbo and ex man as a unit, and remove the turbo from the ex man on the workbench.
