getting my motor ready to install and realized a couple of things.

a: i am missing the oil return line gasket and bolts, and the turbo "gooseneck" gasket and bolts.

does anyone know part numbers? or where i can get these gaskets from? would autozone have them, or would i have to order them from ford. and since i dont have an oil return bolt to judge off of, does anyone have a size??

i need to get these things by friday when we start the swap.

thanks in advance

You can get the gasket for either oil return line flange in this Felpro kit which also has the turbo to exhaust manifold metal gasket: http://natoubb.turboford.org/Forum12/HTML/000051.html Anyplace that handles Felpro should be able to get it in 1-2 days. NAPA can get it.

The oil return line bolts are different sized, I think, between the T3 and the IHI. Which do you have?

What do you mean by turbo gooseneck? The only gasket is the one between the turbo and the exh manifold. There is no gasket between the turbo and the exhaust elbow that the downpipe connects to. Studs are pressed into the elbow and the DP flange is held in place by nuts from the underside. I don't have the sizes for the stud, nuts or the bolts that hold the elbow to the back of the turbo, I might be able to measure some much later today, if I can find them.

Be sure to put some high temp sealant on the threads of the bolts for the exhanust manifold to head. The front most bolt for each runner goes into an oil return hole in the head and they can leak.

No, he said there is not a gasket on the exhaust turn down to the downpipe. There is a gasket between the turbo and inlet elbow. FelPro has one at auto parts stores....

ok, i'm talking about the outlet elbow. from the exhaust side of the turbo to the outlet elbow. is it just metal to metal contact there?
