Gas mileage?

The car is still running okay, but i'm not sure where my gas went because i don't see any leaks or smell any fuel. Maybe it wasn't full and the pump just kicked off early? Anyways, i was going for a drive yesterday and my CEL came on, this is like the second time i've seen it come on while driving and the first time was years ago when i unplugged the KS to try and go faster. lol. So when i got home with the engine still warm i pulled the codes and here's what came up, (KOEO).
#14- Ignition profile pickup (PIP) circuit failure?
#42- HEGO (HO2S) sensor signal out of range/always rich?
#63- Throttle Position (TP) circuit fault, below minimum voltage.

The TP sensor i can check and adjust or replace, but i'm not sure what to do about #14 & #42. I forgot to mention the CEL came on a couple hours after i washed the engine down at the loonie wash and was still on today when i made a short trip. Ideas?

Were the codes KOEO, CM or KOER. If they were CM, reset the TPS or replace as needed, then erase the codes and then see what, if any come back.

Code #63 is KOEO and CM, the other 2 are just CM.

Test/reset or replace the TPS, erase the CM odes and see what happens

You might have sediment in the tank and when it gets low it clogs the screen.

If it has rich codes and TPS codes, check those out for sure because they could be related.

I try'd to back probe the TPS and check the voltages and couldn't get a reading, after trying that for about 10 mins i got mad and shaved a little insulation from the wires so i could check the voltage easier. Now with the insulation gone i should be able to get something on the voltmeter right? Wrong, still 0 volts. I try'd moving the throttle and adjusting the TPS itself, still 0 volts. I had a spare TPS so i thought i'd give it a try and what do you know, problem solved. Iset the new TPS to 0.93 volts and checked it for deads spots, all is good for now.
