Gas gauge died!

Just went for a drive and my gas gauge went ffrom full (which it is) to empty when I went around a corner. Probably just a ground on the tank, but does anyone know if I gotta remove the tank to get to it? Triggerd "low Fuel " light. Just Pisses me off when something so simple can become soo compilcated.

Could be the ground, but I am betting it is the sender that has gone bad. According to my EVTM, where the sender ground is depends on if you have the system sentry or not. If you do, the ground is an O/Y wire under the center of the instrument panel. In the line, there is a connector (C292)near the fuse box. It is a gray 12 pin. If you dont have the system sentry, the ground is a black wire above the driver side wheel well in the trunk.
