The Electrical Vacume and Troubleshooting manual gives two locations for Fusible Link H. One at the solenoid and one "near the ignition switch". From the function of the link "near the ignition switch" seems more logical. Near is a relative term. Does anyone know where this link is?

Well, after dropping the steering column and removing all the plastic trim pieces it wasn't at the ignition switch. It is at the solenoid.
