Maybe the light's burned out. Did you check the timing with a light with the switch in each position, sprout in place.

There is a fuse, but if your speedo and tach work, the fuse isnt the problem, as the fuel switch / fuel relay are on the same circuit that powers the speedo and tach. I agree with Pete, likely the bulb is just bad.
Drop the glove box door, and near the left side of the opening, you will find the fuel relay (should be medium blue color with 4 wires to it) With the key in the run position, turn the fuel switch on/off while you listen to / feel the relay. The relay should click on and off with the switch.

Ya mean that the fuel switch changes the base idle??? Well no friggin wonder my timing seemed off!! BTW, about how many degrees are we talking here between reg and preium?

You can't hear/feel that relay click. It doesn't have a std coil and contact arrangement. It has a reed relay inside a coil with a 56 ohm resistor in series with the contacts. I found this out, when I wired up my prem fuel switch to arm my nitrous system. Needless to say my relay died with the explority sugery.

Tom, I can hear the relat click in my TC if it is dead quiet inside the car, and I put my head a few inches from the relay and operate the fuel switch. Of course, a better way to test it is to use an ohm meter to see if it grounds (to SIG RETURN) the corresponding pin on the EEC (pin 34??? I dont remember off the top of my head).
