I don't know about one with an integrated gauge, but a lot of people use the Kirban regulator, and a gauge can be hooked up at the schrader valve.

I have a Kirban FPR, and have an Autometer electric fuel pressure gauge and a Autometer boost gauge both mounted on the A pillar. Very easy to watch fuel pressure rise and fall with vacuum / boost.

A fuel pressure gauge under the hood isnt going to be very useful, since all you can do is see fuel pressure at idle or free revving the engine.

Same FPR that fits the 5.0 Mustangs and most other Ford products from the 80s thru the mid 90s.

No one makes a replacement A pillar with gauge mounting holes for the FOX3 Tbirds, but you can get a generic plastic one and trim it / massage it to fit pretty good.
