You didn't say what year car. If it's an 87 or 88, the FP relay is in the IRCM (black box thing on inside of passenger wheel well).

It could also be the inertia switch, which is located in the trunk near the drivers side turn signal lights.

Do a search and I'm sure you'll have a plethora of info to read.

HTH.

May be too late, but as Joe said, the fuel pump relay is located in the IRCM (Integrated Controller Module). It is the bigger black box located in front of the passenger side strut tower.

Do you have a 12 volt test light?

If so, look at the following picture. Find your EEC diagnostic connector (bigger one) (driver side fender) and turn the connector so it looks like the one in the picture.

Use a wire and ground that Fuel Pump Test Terminal. Ignore the Signal Return and Self Test Input text, they are not needed here.

Now turn the ignition key to ON.

Now go to the IRCM with your test light and hook up your ground wire on your test light to a good ground. Then probe the Pink/Black wire at the IRCM harness connector. It is pin 5, which is near the center, near the bolt.

If the test light illuminates, then the fuel pump relay is working, as well as the EEC, since the EEC is the one that commands the fuel pump relay to energize. You should then have 12 volts at your fuel pump, unless something is wrong from the relay to the fuel pump itself (such as the interia switch failing).

Next, you may want to go to the trunk and locate the Inertia switch.

You can remove the harness connector from the switch and temporarily jump two terminals in the wire harness connector from the interia switch to see if the fuel pump runs. The inertia switches can fail, not too often, though. If the switch fails, it cuts off the 12 volts to the fuel pump. The switch is used in case of rear impact, for safety.

Let us know the results.
