So, im trying to figure out why the outside of my tires are bald and the insides have tread and i got to thinking...The u mounts on the frame that hold the sway bar...is there something that goes in between the sway bar mounts and the frame? Like a spacer? Anyone have pictures of their mounts i could look at for reference? Also, i figured id chck the strut mounts at the top, there tight, cant shake the back and forth I couldnt find anything relavant to this when i searched...

Sounds like a classic alignment problem, probably too much positive camber.

Here's a parts diagram of the front suspension with sway bar mounting brackets.

That spacer is stock. It mounts inside the other mount and sets the swaybar in the correct position. You may want to look again. If you don't have it the swaybar would wiggle up and down. Unless someone replaced it and jury rigged a regular bracket in there. I replaced my swaybar bushings with poly and modified the bracket to accept the zerk fitting so I could lube as needed.

#N804112-S (AM79), is a nut locking assembly. They deteriorate over time. Mine are gone and have nothing to do with spacing out the sway bar. 5B482 is the inner bushing spacer and holds the bushing tight against bracket 5486.

As long as there is enough thread to tighten the nut down the sway bar bracket will be spaced properly without #N804112-S.

"is that on top of the mount thats on the frame?"

Yes.
