For the flow and convenience, I would go with the Straion IC. Both pipes are on the same side and they flow really well. If you go this route, get one with 14 cooling rows and not the 16 cooling rows. The one with the 14 rows flows much better. Most guiys go to the jy and only look for the Starion, but the Conquest is the same unit and are usually hidden among the Chryslers. My next choice would be a Saab or Audi 5000s. Go on evilbay and you can get all the specs from the sellers listings.

Thanks for all your effort guys. Now I have some direction which helps greatly.
Brent, thanks for your measurements, I would love to find a complete Motorsport kit. I have contacted spearco for pricing.
Starion/Conquest, are these Mitsubishi cars?
Thanks again, Rick B.

Dodge Conquest TSI
Mitsubishi Starion

The spearco and Ford Motorsport kit are sometimes advertised as the FMS front mount on turboford.org. I see them sell for anywhere from $125 to $400 used.
NO TC and NO headaches.

They are Mitsubishi Cars. I would not buy a spearco unit for more than $400. I had two and sold them form $325 each. New they want $900. Ouch!! I was just trying to find an old email a guy sent me lasdt week, he offered me one for $75. Keep looking on this site and turboford.org. If you go for the FMS dont buy it new unless you just cant wait and income allows.

The GN IC looks like a great unit. I'm gonna be putting one in shortly, but I wanna upgrade the fuel system first. The inlet/outlet looks rather small, maybe less than 2" ID. I'm gonna chop off the necks and get 2.5" pipe welded on.

The 2.5" openings is a great idea. We did that to Scott's. Just a little warning that the factory fans will have some clearence issues with the GN cooler behind the radiator. You will have to move the radiator forwards or buy new lower profile fans.

Yea, I decided to go ahead and do that. I have problems with it running hot sometimes anyways, and it I put the GN IC in there with the IC shroud over top, its gonna be like a wall in the front of the engine blocking airflow. I'm gonna go ahead and get aftermarket electric fans and wire them to just constantly run while the car is running. I'm gonna go ahead and buy an aluminum radiator while I'm at it. I figure the cooler the car runs, the better it runs, and I won't have to worry about overheating or anything.
