Brian,

Try this place, maybe they can help you. If not, perhaps they know someone.

Also here:

The basic part group is 16055 and would be something like;
F0??-16055-A Apron, front fender, includes frame rail and sway bar mount.

Here's a complete photo album of a similar restoration and what they went through. Older car, but the same general area of your concern.

Brian: did you ever complete the repair? I'm looking at doing it in the next year or so on my psgr side frame rail. Several years ago I put replacement crush sleeves into the frame and undercoated the hell out of it. I've learned to weld since then, so I'm gonna do it right this time. I'd like any wisdom you have to share.

I used one of LMR's kits for the passenger side, mostly for the inner fender piece. The rail I had a longer one bent up at a sheetmetal shop, I then used the kit rail section to do the driver side. It was a lot of welding, but I am confident my front end is no longer held on solely via the upper inner fenders.

For the historical record, Fox Rails (through LMR) sells front frame rail kits.  I installed one on my 88.  The fit was very close.  I had to seal up one half-inch hole and move it down for our bumper bolt.  Other than that, perfect.  My only issue with the kit is that the crush tubes are a lighter gauge than stock.  If I had it to do over (and I hope I do not have to do it over), I would buy some heavier wall steel tubing and use that instead of the 12 or 14 gauge tube that came with the kit.

I plan to do a rear frame rail after I get the engine back in her.  If you can wait a year, I'll have info on that too.  I work slow.
