Hello guys, will a Mustang front clip fit directly into an 87 TC? Like I said, I have nasty frame rails and cant decide if it would be cheaper to repair the rails or to swap a front clip. Thank you!

I've never heard of anyone trying to swap Mustang front clips before. I know of a guy who used TC front stuff on a Cougar, but the body lines don't match up.

Since your talking about frame rails and such, a bunch of it is the same. Certain holes may or may not be there, but that can be remedied if you know what your doing. Heck the core support that our birds use is the same as a stang and a few other cars. It should be do-able, if you want to be sure hit up a salvage yard and measure the pieces to be on the safe side.
