Sympathize with all of you. When raising my son I just put my arm out when hitting the brakes. Not even sure if they had invented the kids car seat that looped over the front seat yet. Any way kids should be in the back seat.
When I first bought my truck I noticed that the seat covering on the passenger seat didn't look right. I could see two bar like things showing. Of course I felt like an Ahole when I mentioned the lousy fit to a woman. And now I know they are there to hook a kids car seat up to. Live and learn.
