I was planning on rebuilding my whole suspension all at once but things have come up and it looks like that won't happen
I plan to do a little at a time so I would like to know in what order I should start replacing suspension components on my TC without taking things apart too many times
I want to replace ball joints shocks struts the whole shebang
Any input is appreciated

I would replace the front control arm bushings at the same time as the ball joints. If you're planning on tie rods, that would be a good time to do them as well. Struts, as well as sway bar bushings and end-links can be done without taking anything else apart so those could be standalone projects.

Doesn't PST still make a "front-end kit"?
That's what i did on mine before going full MM coilover.

Just looked it up and it appears they do! I've never seen that before. They have an "Original ride quality" kit as well as the "polygraphite" kit.

I just checked out the PST front end kit and that might be what I go with
It looks like it has everything for the front end minus shocks
Polygraphite is what ill probably go with
What about the rear end, what specifically does it need as far as bushings?

I just re did my whole front end and used moog everything.Ball joints, sway bar links, sway bar bushings, control arm bushings and coil springs.Got it all from ROCKAUTO.Finally installed my Nos prc's and strut mounts also. You can do everything with a balljoint tool.It takes a little effort to remove the bushings from the a-arm. I heated the shell up with the torch and pressed out the rubber with the ball joint tool. Then cut the center of the shell out from in between the ears of the a-arm and then collasped the remaing parts with a cold chisel and they came right out. If you have any questions, feel free to pm me.

I've used an air chisel to take the bushings out. First I would put a crimp in it trying to collapse it some so it would come out easier. Then ping it with the chisel tip (which was pretty dull) working my way around until it came out.
Be prepared for issues getting the bolts out of the control arms. On every one I have done I have had to cut out the driver's side front bolt and frequently several of the others. The only way I've found to get them out is to use a sawzall with a carbide grit blade. The bolts are hardened so a normal blade will barely scratch them.

That's the stuff, Polygraphite was the one... I was very pleased.

So would you guys choose the polygraphite over the original PST kit?
Also my car is a daily driver so comfort is something I want to keep

IMHO comfort is more a function of the seats, shocks/struts, springs, and tires. The job of the bushings is to allow pivot-point movement without binding or excessive deflection, so the PolyGraphite would be my preference.
