I will be installing a relay for the fog lights and would like to also upgrade the bulbs. Not sure what the recommended higher output bulbs to use that would not exceed the existing wiring and housing assemblies. Not sure if there are any LED bulbs that would fit but one is listed at Rockauto.

I was under the impression that the fog lights were sealed units?
It would be ideal if a brighter LED bulb was available. When I get home I will check to see if the fog light is sealed. I have one on the shelf to replace my cracked lense.

They are not sealed. Take the lense off from the front and there is your bulb. There are led bulbs for replacement

I see some of the LED bulbs are longer so not sure which would fit. How is the light with LED's versus 100w halogens? Not sure if the the wiring pigtail and housings would handle the 100w (or 130w) halogens. I was planning on adding a relay using 12 gauge wire and an inline fuse but need to determine the amperage... I found this for 2 100 watt bulbs so a 20amp should be good.
(Power = Current x Voltage *P=IE* 200 / 12 = 16.7 amps)
Not sure if I should run a separate wire to each fog light or just connect from the relay output to the drivers fog light which runs power parallel to the passenger side.

I put some direct replacement led bulbs in mine, but never got to use the fog lights. I have an issue with my switch. The bulbs were purchased off ebay. They hooked up just like the originals.

Trying to determine if LED's would be better than 100w halogen as far as light output. Good to know that some fit, I've also seen some that look too big.

Ebay LEDs are often very poor quality. Have you tried to power the LEDs directly from a 12 volt source to be sure they work? Remember LEDs are polarity sensitive. They will not work if their polarity is reversed.
