What the hell does it mean when the lights on the climate control start blinking?

UPDATE:

heres the code I have for the climate control unti. Where do I go from here? Am I looking at something that could be unplugged or what??? Sad

08 = Outside/Recirculation Current

I'm only guessing that it could be something unplugged. Maybe the either the actuator for that blend door or the position sensor.
