First test hit with E-85

Copied and pasted from TF:

Finally got the fuel system done on the TC and put 10 gallons of E-85 in the tank. Primed the system and checked for leaks..no leaks! Added about 30% fuel to the entire VE table and after about 4 seconds of cranking, she fired up. Got it running good enough to get it out of the garage and do some tuning. Got driveability decent (still won't idle for crap) and started working on boost. Started around 5psi and slowly worked my up to 20-22psi.
A co-worker was helping me get it wrapped up and talked me into going to the 1/4 mile track. There were some dark clouds heading our way so we had to hurry and load the car and get to the track.
We got the car to the track and I proceeded to make a run. Everything felt right except the car seemed to start moving around quite a bit around 1/2 track and got bad enough I lifted with about 80-100ft to go. Got back in the pits and noticed my crankcase breather had blown quite a bit of oil out on the driver's side engine bay. Wondered if a small amount of oil made it to the slicks. At that point it started to rain, but my day was done anyway.
The good news is I ran a 10.69 @ 124 with 25psi, 19 degrees total timing and lifting before the stripe. Bad news is the engine is hurt and needs some attention. Not sure what happened as the datalog showed a nice 11.1-11.8 AFR all the way down track.

Here is the slip:

Edit: I used the 50 shot on that pass as well.

Not sure anything is wrong with the engine. Still running and boosting fine.

That's really cool. I hope you didn't hurt anything. E85 is the way I want to go. I'm not going to have near the power you have. I'm going to have 300+, depends on how much my car weighs. Your engine should run much cooler too along with making more power. I would like to know if your seeing lower temps too?

Nothing, I guess. It still runs great and pulls hard. I guess it just pukes some oil once in a while on a nitrous pass. I am currently re-thinking my catch can setup. Need to insure that if it does puke out some oil, it stays contained, that's for sure!
