This is a autometer pod meant for the 94-97 Tbird It's almost a perfect fit and doesnt require extra screws to make it match up. I dont care for the lip the pod leaves, nor do I like the fact it looks like a piece of plastic stuck/screwed to another. So I glued them together, plastic welded the ends, finished the outer edges, and used plastic bumper repair material to smooth the transition. I primed it, sanded, then used 3M fine/medium rock guard at a 2' distance to add and blend the texture. I then dyed it using the correct DuPont vinyl dye. It turned out awesome. On my 88 TC I did the same but used a Gen 2 Lightning pod... WAY more mods to that one. Plus with 3 gauges the third gauge was too close to your face. Pics here :

Looks good. It looks like it came as one piece.

Well for starters which pod? What color interior? I'm afraid the postal service would rape you on canadian/US shipping. It cost me 125 to ship a Tmaxx to Ontatio.. Anyway, I have no clue what Id charge for one, but Im SOOOOO happy with the way it looks as all one piece. That and the color match was excellent on the charcoal. The red one I did on my 88 turned out good, but the 3pod from the Gen 2 F series was a nightmare and the top pod was too close to my face. Especially at 6'2 tall.

sort of, I didnt cut the pods off like that. I left them attached. I also did not use fiberglass. That will not adhere to the plastic correctly. Even sanded it wont stay bonded. I also did not pop rivet or screw it to my pillar, as that would make yet another hole to fill and a place for the repair material to crack.
