I'm not sure but I think the spaces in "The Black Bad bird.JPG" kept the picture from working. Rename the file (on your computer) and try to repost because I want to see it. Also don't use symbols such as # $ & etc in the file name on your computer or it may not work.
Thanks Pete for teaching me that, it's been 6 hours and I haven't forgotten. Wink Big Grin

Take a deep breath, let it out slowly. There, better?
I think you named the picture "The Black Bad bird.JPG" on your computer, and I think the spaces between the words are throwing the NATO system off. Try going into my documents/my pictures, or where ever you have the picture file stored, on YOUR computer, right click on the picture file and the drop down menu should have the rename option on it. Click rename and take the spaces out of it so it says "TheBlackBadbird.JPG" then try uploading the picture here again. If'n that don't work I'm out of ideas.

Hang in there, I found the picture in a round about way, It looks great! Cool

Chas is correct. File names need to be all one word, no spaces. They need to be .jpg files and a little under 500 kb.

IE doesn't add the required "conversion" to make spaces work when copied. But its not a good practice to being with when putting things on the internet.
