Where is the fan relay location?
The electric fans are good they're are just not coming on.

What year? - '87-'88 it/they are part of the IRCM. Pre-'87 it's behind the glove box.

It's the black box on the pass side fender with a big connector going to it. Has 5 relays in it. 2 for the fans, 1 for computer power, 1 for the fuel pump and the last for the AC clutch IIRC
There is an article in the tech articles on repair.
Might want to pull the codes first and see what codes you get.

+1 on running codes. During KOEO test, fan operation is tested, and if the test fails, you will get a fan code.
