There is a code for you on the underside of the trunk lid. Check along the sides of that. That's your easiest. Also, there may be one under your dash and/or glove box. Check your trunk first. [Image: smile.gif]

I read somewhere about being able to reprogram it..however, if you open up the trunk, and the passenger side support, the number should be there...also in the trunk, iuf you pull down the driver side (?) panel, the number is on a little sticker on the module for the keyless entry..

The keyless code for 87-88s can usually be found in two places. The first is on a small sticker attached to the passenger side trunk hinge. If its not there, the second is on the module. It is in the trunk on the driver side drop down panel(there are two panels, only one for the cars that do not have keyless/lighted entry or premium sound) . The panel is in the front area of the trunk, by the speakers. Just remove one screw it will hinge down, the 2x2x4 black plastic module is what you are looking for.
To reprogram(its not really reprograming, its adding a second code either will then work) you have to have the original code. To add the second code, enter the original code, press the 1-2 button then any sequence of five buttons you want to be your additional code. Make sure you remember the original though, disconecting the battery will eleminate the added code.
