first id like to get a new head from esslinger how much complete or is there a better place. also if im pushing 350hp do i need better motor mounts and a bigger fuel system i have the 255 pump with adjuster and only 35lb injectors do i need a stand alone or just bigger injectors and a eec tuner.if i do go with a stand alone can i eliminate my vam and then get a big bov. thanks for any help

You will need to keep the vam.Something has to regulate intake air.The stand alone is used to change the stock fuel maps,timing,redline etc.The 35lb injectors should be ok to 350hp.
Depending on motor mount type you have on reliability.If you have the 87/88 TC style then just use a chain to keep it from over torquing.The older style like what was in my 84 TC are a bit better and have the shock dampeners on each side.

With the eec tuner you mucst keep the vane meter. Actually some tuner users have converted to a maf and made it work. All the DFI's use a map sensor and you can eliminate the vam. The stock 35's are good to about 300rwhp. If your goal is 350 I would run 55's. The Esslinger aluminum d-port head is $1500 without a cam. Look at spending about $2000 on it complete. Of course you will need tall the other stuff(t3/t4, exhaust, ported intakes, good intercooler etc.) to go along with the head.
