I ran a KOEO test and came up with these codes. 23,41,65 Does anyone know what these codes mean and what needs to be checked? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Code 23-Thottle position sensor out of selt test range- usually sensor isn't calibrated correctly, sensor is faulty or wiring issue
Code 41- No HO2 switching detected - usually a failed 02 sensor, pretty much a universal sensor, they make one version with a shorter wire that works good for our cars
Code 65- Fuel Control/Check intermittent HO2 (signal or ground)

So it sounds like you're probably gonna need an O2 sensor and tps sensor.

Ok cool thanks . No I'm trying to figure out where I can find motorcraft brand sensors. I've tried searching and can't find any. Also how do you calibrate the TOS. Thanks again

Isn't Code 23 the result of not "GOOSING" the gas pedal for a quick stomp, during the test procedure (just after when you can hear all the relays clicking and firing)?

Seriously--when you get the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT flash, briefly pump the accelerator. That should fix code 23.

No.... code 23 is TPS closed throttle voltage out of range. The 'throttle goose" performed after the dynamic response code at the end of the KOER self test tests the response of the VAM. The "goose test" will not clear the code 23.

Check TPS closed throttle voltage with engine idling. It should be around .95 V. Anything over around 1.2 V will set a code 23.
