Ok this is really hard to explain what is happing but my car has a funny problem, and i been trying to find out since i started driving the car in Dec.
Well it first started one mornign when i went to warm the car up i heard it go into a idle stumbling but it would catch it and come back up(like as if the tps was out of adjustment
), Well it did it many times for alike 30seconds to a min, i dint think nothing of it , so i went on my way to school
leaving school i let the car warm up for like 2mins and wen t on my way, as i got on to this one road , bout 5 min later, the car start bucking between 3500 4500 rpm, then it went up to between 4000rpm top 5000 rpm, then i dont go past 5000rpm , etc etc
since i noticed it would go up in rpm ranges after time i let the car sit till the time it started that idle "stumble and climb", and started to leave, it bucked the car like i was riding a bronco, ok so it bucking like the i was the day before, i noticed as time went on or the car warm up it would raise the rpm range when it would buck and that.
Well i just learned to let the car warm up of or about 10mins to 15misn each time I was dead cold, problem solved, hahaha for now
Well as it got warmer i let the car warm up for less and less, didn't notice it again, thought i had it solved
until i changed the oil one day and noticed the spout connector missing
when i notice it missing, i new it was there two months before (when i would let the car warm up for a long time)
i was told you should have one on the car cuz the computer cant control the timing and stuff, so i grabbed the one off my dads 88 Tbird with a 5.0l, well it works and better then nothing
ok since i out a spout connector back in it, i have the bucking and stumble thing again, but it usually take about 2mins to go through its "fit" (as it was nickname by my dad)
i been putting up with that since April
but now when it starts to stumble and stall out it does stall out completely now
but it will start right back up
now im afraid it will just get worse and worse as time goes on , so i need to fix this problem
BTW, not a good thing to have happen when i have a beautiful girl in the car and it starts bucking, ughh this car is killing me
Since this is out of my league, but i now it parts of the computer controlled timing, i need soem seriuos help
so any minds that have an idea please help!!!
also i was told it sounds like my computer cant keep its memory and it trying to learn a cold start up ( the car was sitting for 2-3years in a field untouched before i got it in dec.th3en resurrected it from the dead, that's story is in the showroom under my name Brian Larkin)
Thanks in Advance! Brian
