Anyone have a good tip for taking the pipe off the exhaust manifold?
It doesn't look rusty or frozen. I have thought of just cutting it off since we don't have any smog inspections here. I kind of hate to though since it looks to be in good shape.
Any tricks I don't know about?

Ya I kind thought so.............
I have been soaking every nut and bolt and fitting with PB Blaster for days before I started working on it. And every time I have worked on it since too.
So far that is the only thing left holding the manifold on the the engine. And a couple of bolts finger tight.
Then I get to start trying to take the turbo off the manifold! Gee that will be fun! [Image: frown.gif]

If you can get it off in one piece, hold on to it. Those are obsolete from Ford.
