Ok my EATC lights have been flashing so I pulled for a code and got code 04 (Outside/Reticulation Door Actuator). I did a search and found a thread with a pic posted by Pete D that was no longer working. Can anyone tell me what my problem is and maybe hook me up with that pic?

Thanks very much,
Matt

I'm looking for that picture but I got a feeling I deleted it a couple months ago from my hard drive. I sold that car.

The actuator in question can be seen if you remove the glove box and look up about in the middle of the glove box opening.

There is a subsequent procedure to run some tests to pinpoint the problem. I'm going to try to scan that and email it. It will take awhile.

If it turns out to be the actuator for that door, let me know. I might have a spare. Each actuator for the different doors is dirfferent and they are not interchangable.

Do you hear the actuator motor running when this happens?

I don't even know what that motor sounds like. Everything seems to work just fine, as far as I can tell. The lights just start blinking when I mess around with it.
