E-brake hanging up

i know this is a common problem but i was wondering if anyone knew a way to fix it?

Depends on what it is that is hanging - parts in the caliper or the brake cables

thanks once it stops raining i will take a look at it.... honestly i haven't even gotten under there and messed with it yet..... if anything i will wait till my winter break is over and stop by the garage BJL works at and look at it with him.

Even after replacing all the E brake cables, I still had the E brake hanging up every now and then. New rear calipers fixed the problem.... hasnt hung up in about 7 years since the caliper replacement.
