I'm working on repairing the window motors and gluing the window back to the clips to the regulator. Both of my power door locks are frozen in the unlock mode. Anyone try using aftermarket actuator's or is it best to go back with OE style?
I'm also finding prices all over the map from $20 to $300

I have replaced my driver's-side actuator twice with used ones. The first one was a straight drop-in. The second one had a shorter rod in it for some reason. The rod is super easy to replace though.
A little tip on replacing them - Your first thought may be to drill out the rivet that holds the unit in and remove the whole thing. Don't bother... all you have to do is reach in there and spread the arms of the bracket apart enough to remove the actuator. Look inside the door and you'll see what I mean.
I paid somewhere around $20 a piece for the ones I got.
