door interior clips

They are not the same clips. The ones on the arm rest are made out of wire or spring steel or something. They are the same as door panel clips on 65-67 Mustangs.

Don't make me go tear my door apart.Are we talking about the same "type" of clip that holds the trunk trim in place? The kind that go in easy,but get destroyed taking out?

Well, yes and no. They have the same sort of insert barb, but the post has a large washer area to go against the door and a short post above that with a smaller cap. The door panel hooks in between the cap and washer. The ones in the trunk don't have the post, the washer area secures the trunk and trunk lid trim.

Looking up most old Mustang from 65 To sometimes 73 brought this up if you typed "wire type door panel clip" but I have the ptlroper Dorman and Help part number it's 45520.
