Before he got my money he returned phone calls and emails. Since he received the money I haven't received a returned email or phone call and no parts. Only his postings.
The worst thing about this for me is I ordered these parts well in advance of my vacation (Which I am on now). I even passed up like parts for the same price or less because I thought I was dealing with a person of integrity. Sorry to say but it looks as though he isn't. Since he has posted on his other thread it seems now his "deepest apologies" were only a delay tactic so he could continue to get information.
I hope people on the other boards have been warned about him.
I would ask no one responds to this guy until he makes it right with those of us he owes.
Thanks,
Ken

I hope everyone that used paypal will go ahead and file a claim against him. If I had the time I'd go up there, get his address, and go to the local authorities so that we can get our money back.

1. Contact the local police. They may just pay him a visit if they get enough complaints, especially with one of you local.

2. Contact the Postmaster in your area. It may be considered mail fraud but I'm not sure on that.

Get some "official" heat on this jerk and he may just melt and either return the money or send the parts he owes. Federal felonies (mail fraud) are no laughng matter and the post office does care.

HTH.

I hate worthless thieves and liars that rip good intending people off.
Everyone that was ripped off by this guy should contact the police in his area and let them know about him. Show the authorities this post and the "for sale" post he has up, as well as any PM's, money order receipts, and PayPal transactions you exchanged with him. It shows MOTIVE and INTENT in he knew what he was doing. It shows he intended theft and fraud all along.
Also, you might want to contact his and your local PostMaster if payment was sent through the mail. They really like to investigate postal fraud and love to prosecute it as well.
And finally, you might want to contact your local office of the FBI and report this guy for interstate/internet fraud and theft. Postal fraud and interstate theft/fraud are federal crimes and this guy could do some serious time in a federal prison. Just some frindly suggestions to those he ripped off. I hope this guy gets his. I hope everyone he ripped off gets their money back or at least some satisfaction....Tommy
