Hmmm, not sure if the belt tensioner is correct. I had to push on it until it was tight, spring on the timing belt tentioner would not auto-tention. Everything else im pretty sure of.

It's recommended that the tensioner be replaced when the belt is replaced when the belt is replaced every 60K miles. It certainly need to be replaced if it won't self tension. Too little tension can let the belt jump 1 or more teeth and put the engine out of time. Too much tension can shorten belt life and may put additional pressure (wear) on cam and main bearings.
