the dist. housing on my 5.0 looks the same size as the one on my TC would thay interchange their is a screw broke off in mine and i can only put 1 screw in my dist. cap and thats creating problems

Yeah, they all look the same from a distance. Drill out the broken screw or get one from the j/y. Also a reman is less than $100 with a new pip.

thanks i geuss a new one really is the way to go anything to keep from pulling the dist. apart i was just hopen to get off cheap so much $$$ going elsewhere on this car

Any 2.3 OHC distributor from the mid 80 should work. Doesn't need to be from a turbo
