I just thought that I would post this so you guys could write to Dashcaps if you wanted.

emphasis on the 80's models, is very short. I belong to a thunderbird car club (North American Turbocoupe Organization www.turbotbird.com
specializing in the 83 to 88 thunderbird turbo models, and a chartered club of the
Vintage Thunderbird Clubs of America) many members of the club and the club's BBS frequently ask about availability re-manufactured interior parts. These people are always referred to your company for the dashcaps.I was wondering what it would take, What I could do, to make door panels, armrests, console lids, and other interior trim pieces available from your company. I know that there is a demand for them.
thank-you

Hello Doug. At this time we have no plans for making 88 T -Bird door panels.
This may change in the future. We will file your e-mail and notify you if
they go into production. You may want to check with the dealer.

Geez, my dad got door panels for his Triumph TR7, with the factory-style vinyl and fabric pattern. Yet nothing is available for a T-Bird, and they sold millions of those things. WTF?!

Good point. There are two TCs in nice shape around here (besides mine), a few base models in very nice shape that are owned by really old people, the rest are absolute junk. I guess it says a lot about their reliability, not many other cars that have been neglected that much are still running!

If you find time, send these guys an e-mail. Tell them you want them to make parts for our cars. If enough of us do.. they will. If we don't ... they won't
