Actual gauge failure in TCs is very rare to unheard of. Much more likely to be just be poor or loose connections at the cluster connectors. Pull the cluster and disconnect / reconnect the cluster plugs several times and see if the instruments start working. If the fuel and oil pressure gauges are working correctly the problem is not the IVR.
