I want to get a set of cragars for my 84 Tbird, now i plan on converting the car to a 5 lug, but i dont know what the bolt spacing is going to be,
and i really dont know what size i should get,
is 15x6's to wide?

There is a discussion here with some useful links.
I think you will find, after some investigation the 6" wide rims may be a little narrow.

'85/'86 used a 15x7 wheel with approx. 5" backspace. The Cragar are listed at 4 1/8 backspace, so the tire will be pushed out by approx. the same amount. The 15x8s being a wider rim with a 4 1/4 backspace will be pushed out even further, approx. 1 1/2. You should keep that in mind.
