My turbocoupe when i got it last week had the CEL come on and off,but would never stay completely on. Now yesterday i put a new valve cover gasket on and didnt get to put it all back together till about an hour ago. I check'd the plugs and all 4 had been smoked just on half the plug[kinda like it was burnt]. So replaced them before i started the car and now the CEL hasnt came on since. My "Q" is Could this had been why the CEL light was coming on? Or do you think it just help'd

Pull the codes and see what is in CM. If the light comes on a code should be set. Got pics of the plugs?
