Correct Fuel Pressure?

I have an 88 TC. I just installed a new Walbro 255 pump. Car runs great. The only other mod on the car so far is a K&N cone filter. (Many more mods to come though!)

I just checked the fuel pressure, and it is 39psi ignition ON and engine OFF. With engine idling and hose connected to reg, it is 36psi. With engine idling and hose removed, it is 45psi.

Are these normal numbers?
I am have a Kirban Reg on its way. If the numbers above are good, should I set the new Kirban for the same?

Thanks for the help,
-Jim

Sounds good. Thanks. I'll probably go through the fuel sys. diagnostics steps after I install the Kirban. Hopefully that will get me going until the rest of the mods start.
