Is there a write up on how to replace the cooling fan (passenger side). Doesnt look to difficult just want to make sure i dont do unneeded steps and remove something i dont need to.

No writeup per say.
Disconnect connectors.
Remove fans and shroud assy.
Remove clips from fan blade/shaft assy
Hope the blades come off the motor shafts. Note, the motor and blade assy can be unbolted from the shroud as a unit, but you still got to get the blade off the shaft. Takes some kind of torx bit to get the motor to shroud bolts out.

Just Great! the mechanic i had replace this fan about 2 years ago over torqued the bolts now my friend and i stripped 2 trying to get them out. Called ford there discontinued, where can i find them?

Well after testing the fan we took out we found that it worked just fine when connected to the battery. So its not the fan, for some reason the fan is just not kicking in. Could that be the bad coolant temp sensor? or perhaps a fuse. Also we noticed a large amount of coolant in the form of steam coming from the top of the radiator (passenger side) no leaks that we saw and could not find the source.

The relay control module mounted in the engine compartment in front of the passenger's shock tower is known to go bad fairly regularly. Many of us have installed our own relay and wired a manual control switch in-dash to remedy the problem. Works great for me.
