Hey fellas, well since i just got word that my transmission will be done sunday and ready for pick up. I have one quick question that i almost forgot about. with the purchase of a used fork in good shape from thunderchicken and the wiring harness for the t5 i want to make sure everything is in order.
now to the question. before i realized the trans was shot i replaced the clutch used the alignment tool and all. clean the flywheel. but for some reason when i hooked up the slave cylinder i had to back out the pin that holds the fork inplace about 1/2 an inch b/c the fork was hitting the bellhousing. now im not sure that it was because the PO installed the clutch disk backwords or not but is this normal? i used a stock clutch replacemnt kit from napa. thanks for your help .
