Does anyone know who made this? I found it on a TC at the JY that had role cage, A237 cam, and more many many moons ago. It sits real low but is very sturdy. I replaced the bushing and C clamps with Hotchkis units that can be greased periodically. I installed it on my 86 when I installed the rear upper and lower tubular CHE control arms.

Is it worth keeping or should I just use the stock unit. the stock TC ubit wont sit anywhere near as low. I am not so worried about how low it sits, rather how much better will it help my car perform.

Hard to say without driving the car and seeing there's a"fee" that is different. My Sport came stock with TC sway bars, and they work great. If the bar works well, and you're happy with it,keep it.I would have to say, after looking at the pics again, the two extra mounting points may help a lot to stiffen it up..
