What box did you get(the 685?) and who pulley? Wait until you see the adjustable pulley on mine. It was made before timing mark were invented, unfortunately, I also bought it new [Image: biggrin.gif]

And you could have gotten one just like it at Carlisle this past year at the swap meet.

Looks like you may want to try the et streets. Bob, if he tries those et streets on the two step we hooked another one.

Yes, got the 685. Looks every bit as good as the msd digital 6, but $100 cheaper. I waited while you ran it for a bit to see if you had any trouble. Is there a tfi harness for it? And can I use the msd tach adapter?
The sprocket is a Race Engineering piece. I saw a pic of yours in your album. I might have tried to scribe a 0 mark on it while it was off? Just for reference.

I've been hooked since I started.
The BFG's should hold up. Now that I know they can be run as low as 10 psi.
I also found a used spring air bag on ebay a couple days ago. $7.31

Doug- here is apicture of my box mounted on the DS frame rail. What you cant see it that it is mounted to a couple of aluminum bars that are bolted to the rail, so its just not fastened at the top like it looks in the picture.

This is a great location, I brought all the wiring up around the front of the battery near the core support, then ran it back behind the battery. Why this is nice is that the plugs are all right there in the open. The box comes with a bypass connector so you can still run the car if the box fails. I've kept it in the console, but not needed it.

I did buy the mallory TFI adapter when I ordered the box.

I bought the mallory tach adapter, but it looks like the MSD one would work, and it looks like its made better. You will need it.

The few psi of boost makes a huge difference. There will be et streets there just in case.

I will bet you will ditch the DR's after you try the ET streets off of a two step. It simply amazing how the car feels comming off the line at boost and with total traction. I'm smilling right now just thinking about it [Image: biggrin.gif]

I'm going to bring mine with me, so it sounds like there could be a few sets there. Mine fit without removing the quads mounted on 10 holes, so it might be easier for guys to try them. You will never go back, I assure you.

Bob, Thanks for the pic and the info. You got a lot of room there that I don't. Looks good! I'll monkey that thing in somewhere when it gets here.

Glenn, I don't want to need new tires. [Image: frown.gif] The BFG's have got to work.
