Could you be more specific? That's like asking what kind of windshield a car has. Did you intend to ask about the dimensions of the cat instead?

Is it a bead or a baffle cat?

What I'm tryin to find out is how to improve the flow of exhaust through the cat. without changing my exhaust system.

beads are on Generic Motors vehicles, and i think som izusu (bascially GM)
baffeled tpere were used on air pump system to recircualte exhaust gas, and then there honey comb style.
Tony Sceia used some "bigger spacing" in the honey comb for the CAT on his 88 TC, i forget the name of it tho, it had al those mathamatic stuff numbers on it!

I put on an Eastern HI-Flow CAT like Brian said. Its 300 holes per inch instead of the standard 400 holes per inch and made of Polished SS. Kinda Pricy @ 175.00, but its the supposedly the only Tru-flow CAT.

The original cat is on the factory downpipe & angled toward the center. Not sure if the eastern would work for what you are looking to do.

Now I need to finish converting to Raven/Gray Leather interior & just do some Body work & she'll be like new.
