Carlisle Second Mailing

Just wanted to keep everybody updated on the Carlisle Progress Report since we are nearing the deadline for the first mailing and will begin thinking about the second mailing here very shortly. We are currently at 26 registrations and those, and all the others I receive between Tuesday and Thursday, will be mailed out on Friday morning, February 24. With the 26 registrations, we are elgibile for the club tent. I have asked for confirmation on that fact from Carlisle so as soon as I get that, I'll let everyone know. Now for the second mailing. It will start on March 1, 2006 and I have to have those registrations by May 6, 2006 and they will be mailed out on May 8, 2006. There will be a different pre-registraion form for that mailing to reflect the $5.00 price increase across the board. I am working on that form now and they will be available from me starting March 1 and available on the website as soon as I can get one to Nate to put up on the website. After the second mailing there is no more. It's $45.00 at the gate. I want to thank everyone who got their registration forms in for the first mailing. Now that we have the 26 or so that insures us of the tent, we now shoot for the most cars we can register between now and May 6. This year's goal is 40. And that is not unrealistic judging by the number of people who post here that are from areas that are very close to Carlisle. Remember, we are registering members and non-members.
Thanks,
Gary S.

Jeff......yeah I remember that moment well. Good thing we were in the bar when that one came up. Thank goodness they worked on the way home or I would have probably had to spring for an airline ticket for her.......lol.

Maybe we'll have the same bartender again that will "shut the door" again at the end of the nite, and "practice" making various shooters for us....
