Carlisle 2011 Hotel Rooms

I know it's hard to plan ahead but I would like to announce that NATO has been able to once again reserve a block of rooms at the Days Inn on Alexander Spring Road for the All Ford Nationals at Carlisle, Pennsylvania for 2011. We do this every year because good accommodations are hard to find on show weekends. We have also declared this location as "NATO Central" due to the fact that we able to use their hospitality Room to hold our Annual Meeting and to throw a welcoming bash. So, this is what you have to do to reserve a room(s) in the NATO block:
1. Call the Days Inn direct at 1 - 717 - 258 - 4147
2. Tell them you want to reserve one of hotel rooms that is part of the NATO reserved block of rooms.
3. Tell them what type of room you want as to what is available within the block and give them your arrival date and departure date.
4. Standard rate is $114.00 per night plus tax.
5. We have 15 rooms within the block. When these are gone I can't guarantee we can get more.
6. Cutoff date for reserving within the block is 05/04/11.
7. The dates for the 2011 show are June 3 through June 5, 2011.

I will be calling tomorrow. Last year I reserved and since I could not find my reservation number, I booked across the street. Will not happen next year.
