What codes did you get for the:
1. KOEO
2. Continous cods
3. KOER - the KS code is normal if you don't wrap the manifold to simulate knock. You probably didn't need a new KS, they seldom fail, and it certainly isn't part of the idle problem

Vacuum leak?

TPS closed throttle voltage over 1.0V?

Do not throw parts at the car! diagnose the problem, and just fix what needs fixing.

i had the same problem and my buddy took the part where the sprocket connects to do the idle adjustment(cant remember name)where you unplug, he took it off(just like 2 screws) and opened it up, cleaned it with carb cleaner, and readjusted the idle. what came out was very black and dirty but it runs fine now.

I think Cloud17 is talking about the idle air control (IAC). It is the cylinder like device on the backside of the throttle body. Yes it can cause idle problems. Remove the 2 bolts holding it on and spray it out with carb or brake cleaner until all carbon build up is gone. Replace it and see what happens.
