Car Bucks Under Boost?

Lately I have had this problem, after I am sitting in traffic and then I get an opening in the road I cant seem to go to full boost without he car starting to buck. I have noticed since it is getting warmer that my temp. is running a little higher but not a whole lot. I can run up to 10 psi before it starts to buck, or let the car cool down then I can go right back up to 18 psi.

Any Ideas or suggestions as to how to cure this ? Or even why it is doing it.

Thanks

I am having the same problem except mine will NEVER get higher than 10 before the bost falls off and the car bogs and bucks.
