Hey guys,

Still trying to figure out the crazy problem with my car, I don't have access to a vane meter yet but I'm looking for maybe some resistance readings somewhere between the 4 pins where the plug goes. I can get resistance readings between pins 1,3 and 2,3 that change when I move the vane with my hands. Yes I have no idea what I'm doing but I fugure it must be a potentiometer in there so is should give readings like one. well it doesn't instead of readings that go from high to low or low to high, as i move the vane the resistance goes up than at about half way it goes back down to where it was at about quarter. I'll admit I have no idea of what i'm doing and I hope I'm not hurting anything but if any of you guys have any experience with this please let me know,
Thanks,
Jonathan

Pete,
Do you have room to send one more vam test? I have been floging a 3000-3500 dead spot for two years. When the exhaust broke it seemed to work better but it still falls flat on its face above 3500.

Thanks
