You should still check the cat out. As well as the plugs and wires. I have a VERY worn cam and my car doesn't misfire and gets 30 mpg on the highway on a good day. I fear swapping in a better shape cam will make it go down, due to increasing the lift. lol

ok thank you i think im just going to cut the exhaust before the cat and see what happens cuz im gonna get new exhaust soon anyway i want single 3", plus if that doesnt work and its too loud i can just put a vegetable can over the cut part of the exhaust
88 tc black, sc50, stinger 3 inch ex, 255 lph fp, kirban afpr, bov, ported big valve head w/a237 cam, gutted upper intake, (knife edged lower, 75 pph inj. not on yet), spec 3 clutch, street tires best run 13.9, best mph. 109.5(no tuning)
